Quick Update – Thanks for Your Patience

It has been a while since I’ve posted an update, so I want to apologize for the silence and share what has been happening behind the scenes. The good news is that the quiet stretch hasn’t been inactivity. It has been a lot of building… and work!

Most of my recent time has gone into expanding and improving LZMesh, our regional Meshtastic network. The mesh has grown fast across southwest Missouri and the surrounding four-state area, with new nodes, solar builds, mapping improvements, and backend upgrades happening almost every week. If you haven’t checked it out lately, the live map and project information are always available at https://lzmesh.com.

We’ve also seen a big jump in community involvement. The Discord server has been extremely active with new operators, builders, and experimenters joining in. If you want to be part of the discussions, testing, or just hang out with other radio and tech folks, you can join the community here:

Another major project taking shape is LZARC, the LZ Amateur Radio Club. This new club is being built to support experimentation, shared knowledge, hands-on radio work, and community projects. The website is now live at https://lzarc.com, and more information about membership, activities, and upcoming events will be posted there soon.

There is a lot more coming, including updated guides, hardware builds, dashboards, and new tools for both the mesh and amateur radio projects. Thank you for your patience during the quiet stretch. The work has been steady, and I’m excited to share more of it with you very soon.

More updates on the way. Stay tuned.

Cheers,

Chris
